INSTANT POT MISSISSIPPI CHICKEN


INSTANT POT MISSISSIPPI CHICKEN

·         3 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (I use chicken breasts and it turns out great)
·         1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix
·         1 envelope Au Jus Gravy Mix or Brown Gravy Mix
·         1/2 Stick of Butter (1/4 Cup)
·         1/2 cup Broth
·         1/2 Cup Pepperoncini Juice
·         6-8 Pepperoncinis

1.       Place chicken in the bottom of your Instant Pot or Electric Pressure Cooker
2.       Next, mix together broth, juice and mixes.
3.       Then pour over the chicken.
4.       Lastly, top with butter and pepperoncinis.
5.       On manual setting (with warming feature shut off) set your pressure cooker to cook under high pressure for 8 minutes.
6.       When cooking is complete, quick release and stir.
