INSTANT POT SHREDDED CHICKEN


INSTANT POT SHREDDED CHICKEN
Use this any time you need cooked chicken for enchiladas, soups, etc, but also yummy by itself

·         4 pounds chicken breast
·         ½ cup water or chicken broth
·         1 teaspoon salt
·         ½ teaspoon black pepper

1.       Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot.
2.       Secure the lid, close the pressure valve and cook for 20 minutes at high pressure.
3.       Quick release pressure.
4.       Shred the chicken with two forks.
5.       Store the chicken in an air-tight container with the liquid to help keep the meat moist.
