INSTANT POT EASY STREET CHICKEN TACOS
1. Trim 1-2 lbs chicken and add to pot.
2. Add 1 bottle green salsa (best kind is La Costena from Walmart)
3. 1-2 tsp cumin
4. Manual setting to 30 minutes.
5. Quick release when beeps.
6. Shred with a fork.
7. Serve on mini corn or flour tortillas, top with cheese and cilantro.
